How will my project be supervised? Will you be onsite?
I, Kris Unger (owner/operator), supervise the entire project. I am very hands on and present on the job site daily. When needed, I use trusted sub-contractors and personally check in on them frequently.
What is your estimating process and how long does it typically take?
Estimates are usually done on site but can be done with pictures/e-mails. Depending on the scope of work, free estimates typically take 1-2 days (maximum a week). Bigger jobs, like additions and kitchen remodels, require drawings and can take longer.
Will your bid be itemized?
All estimates are free and very accurate. We can also break them down into separate line items as requested. Everything is clearly stated in writing and itemized to the client's satisfaction before signing of a contract.
How do you communicate with your clients and how frequent?
We communicate via phone call, text, or e-mail as well as in person when on the job. We can communicate as little or as much as the client would like.
